Refund & Return Policy

At The Witch Club Creations, we want you to know what to expect before making a purchase. Our refund and return policies vary depending on whether you purchase a digital product or a physical product.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable workbooks, journals, guides, printables, and other digital resources, are delivered electronically.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been delivered or accessed, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue and make sure you can access the product you purchased.

Physical Products

Some physical products sold by The Witch Club Creations are made to order through our production and fulfillment partners.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate resolution.

Because many physical products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If a particular product has different return or refund conditions, those terms will be clearly stated on the product page.
