🖤 Self-Harm Awareness & Supportive Coaching

This coaching does not replace therapy, crisis support, or medical care. It is supportive coaching for individuals who are in recovery, questioning harmful coping patterns, or seeking healthier ways to relate to themselves.

We focus on self-awareness, emotional regulation tools, identifying triggers, building safer coping strategies, strengthening boundaries, and cultivating compassion toward yourself.

If you are in active crisis, professional or emergency support is always recommended.

Every coaching relationship begins with a free discovery call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we explore what you’re experiencing, clarify your goals, and see whether working together feels aligned.
